⚙ Operator Setup — Complete these steps before publishing

1. Create the Google Sheet — open sheets.google.com, create a new sheet named BAI Alumni Registrations 2026. Add this header row in row 1:
   Timestamp | First Name | Last Name | Email | Organisation | Role | Sector | BAI Year | Country | Governance Question | Accommodation | Phone | Subscribe | Docs Confirmed | Stripe Paid
2. Deploy the Apps Script — in your Sheet, go to Extensions → Apps Script. Paste the script from the comment block at the bottom of this file. Click Deploy → New deployment → Web app. Set "Execute as" = Me, "Who has access" = Anyone. Copy the deployment URL.
3. Paste the URL below — replace YOUR_APPS_SCRIPT_URL in the SHEET_ENDPOINT constant at the top of the <script> section of this file.
4. Set your Stripe payment link — paste your Stripe payment link URL into the STRIPE_URL constant. Generate this from Stripe Dashboard → Payment Links: create a product "BAI Alumni Weekend 2026", price €300, currency EUR.
5. Set notification email — update NOTIFY_EMAIL to the address that should receive new registration alerts (e.g. admissions@baieurope.com).
6. Delete this banner — remove the element with id="setup-banner" before publishing.
